When you purchase any travel service offered by Safaa Travels. It forms a legal agreement between the traveler (“You” or “Client”) and Safaa Travels (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By booking a package you agree to the terms listed below.
Travel Agent Role
Safaa Travel works as a travel arranger only. We book services on your behalf from airlines, hotels, transport companies and other service providers in Saudi Arabia.
We do not manage or control these companies. Every provider is responsible for its own service quality schedules and actions. Any complaint claim delay or loss must be directed to that provider.
Your booking is also subject to the terms of the airline hotel and transport company involved.
Payment Conditions
Prices may change before full payment is received. After full payment prices will not change except when government taxes fees or exchange rates increase. When you confirm your booking then you accept these conditions.
Final Payment
A deposit secures your booking and they are non refundable.
Full payment must be completed before the deadline shared at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation. And your seat may be offered to another traveler.
Air tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Most travel bookings are non refundable. Cancellation charges may reach up to 100% of the package cost whether travel has started or not.
If Safaa Travel is charged a cancellation penalty by any service provider you agree to cover that amount.
Booking Changes
If you request a change after confirmation. Then a service fee may apply in addition to airline or hotel charges.
Credit Card Payments
Payments made by credit card cannot be disputed after services are booked. If a chargeback occurs you agree to cover any penalties, bank fees or legal expenses.
If a payment fails you must clear the balance immediately through bank transfer or cash.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for cancellation delays, medical emergencies and loss. Safaa Travels does not provide insurance. And is not responsible for claims decisions made by insurance companies.
Additional Charges
Hotels, airlines or local authorities may charge extra taxes, baggage fees or service fees at destination. These are the traveler’s responsibility.
Responsibility and Liability
Safaa Travels books services for you. But it does not manage airlines, hotels or transport companies. Also we are not responsible for injury loss, delays, accidents, weather issues, strikes, government restrictions, illness or any situation beyond our control.
If a delay requires extra nights meals or transfers. Those costs will be paid by the traveler. Baggage remains at the owner’s risk at all times.
Passports and Travel Documents
All travelers must hold a valid passport with at least six months validity after travel.
You are responsible for obtaining visas, vaccinations and entry permits required by Saudi authorities. Any fines due to missing documents are your responsibility.
Names on tickets must match the passport exactly. Errors may lead to cancellation without refund.
Health Requirements
Travelers must follow vaccination and health rules required by airlines and Saudi authorities. Additional testing quarantine or medical costs will be the traveler’s responsibility.
Flights and Check-In
Reconfirm flight times before departure. Arrive at airport at least:

Refusal of Service
Airlines or authorities may refuse travel if a passenger:

Privacy
Your personal information is used only for booking. Also travel processing is kept confidential.
Agreement Acceptance
Payment confirmation email approval or service usage counts as acceptance of these terms whether signed electronically or written.
Governing Law
This agreement follows the laws of the State of New York USA. Any dispute will be handled in New York courts.
